DISCLAIMER

1.Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for an additional $25.00 per hour fee.  All renters are responsible for checking out on time.  A late departure that is not paid for or arranged before 11am will result in the renter being charged for a late check-out fee of $100.00.

2.All keys must to be returned to the Lodge or placed in the afterhours box located next to the employee entry door that is to the right of the main Lodge entry door (please do not lock keys in the cabin).  Keys need to be returned no later than 11:00am the day of check-out (unless prior arrangements have been made, see above).  Any cabin or bungalow key not returned will result in a $100.00 re-key fee which will be charged to the credit card on file, please do not take the key home with you.  We will not refund the re-key fee.

3.Mesa Lakes Lodge has a strict NO SMOKING policy in all cabins as well as inside the lodge.  This includes, cigarettes, cigars, vaping, as well as marijuana, or any derivative thereof.  Violation of our no smoking policy will result in a $250 fine per night for the duration of your stay.  We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our cabins and grounds free of smoking debris and odor.

4. Mesa Lakes Lodge sits on Federal Land therefore Federal laws apply.  Any drug use or possession, including marijuana is ILLEGAL by Federal law and is not permitted on Mesa Lakes Lodge property.  Federal law supersedes Colorado State law.  Violators will be immediately evicted, and NO refunds will be given.

5.We are pet friendly here at Mesa Lakes Lodge and we ask that you respect future renters as well as our property by keeping all pets off all furniture (i.e.  Couches, beds, etcetera).  We do require a $50.00 pet fee for first pet and a $25.00 fee for each additional pet per booking.  It is your responsibility to notify us that you have a pet with you.  If you do bring a pet and no pet fee has been paid, we reserve the right to charge your credit card a $100.00 fee for the first pet and $75.00 for each additional pet.  There is a $200.00 cleaning fee for any excessive cleaning that is needed due to your pet.  Any damage done by your pet (carpet stain, chewed up flooring/furniture, etc.) will be charged to the credit card on file.  Mesa Lakes Lodge is not responsible for accidents or injuries to pets.  Pets are to be kept leashed while outdoors on the property.

6.All renters assume responsibility for any property damaged or removal of any of our property during their stay.  The value of the item damaged or removed will be charged to the credit card we have on file.  This includes any kitchen items, pillows, bedding, towels, etc.  Any damages to the floors or carpets will result in an additional fee up to and including the cost to replace the flooring if deemed necessary.  Mesa Lakes Lodge is not responsible for renter’s personal property or vehicles.

7. Mesa Lakes Lodge has a strict no refund policy.  We require full payment that is non-refundable at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.  We do not hold reservations until the booking is paid for in full.  If you need to cancel, Mesa Lakes Lodge does not offer any refunds, but we will change your reservation date, one time, within 6 months (holidays excluded) if it is arranged 30 days or more prior to your reservation date.  If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your reservation, we will not issue a refund or change your reservation date.  Any early departure does not result in any refunds.
